It was a lovely day for a cat show in the town of Brampton. Scarlet didn't do too badly, and she enjoyed her day away from the mad house! Well done to Moomin's Little brother Abyglen Astrokhan, who got a PC at the show. Big congratulations to 'Laurel the Sorrel', Nishalka Calandra for getting her third PC and her title of 'Premier'!!

We had another sunny day at the Leisure Centre in Spennymoor. Moomin had a great day for his first show and enjoyed every minute of it. He got 1st prize in his open class and 'Best of Breed Blue Abyssinian Adult', as well as gaining his first Challenge Certificate. He was very relaxed about the whole affair, a big show off. Long may that continue! Congratulations to Shadow on getting his CC as well, and to 'Laurel the Sorrel' for another PC!

We had a beautiful sunny day at the Nissan Sports Centre in Durham, unfortunately Arwen wasn't very happy at the show. She had a long journey and wasn't feeling very sociable as the show hall was very warm. She managed to get 1st in the open class and get her third Challenge Certificate, which means she is now a Champion. We think her temperament is also linked to her needing to have some kittens soon, so she could be going off on maternity leave shortly.

A nice sunny day at the Dundee show, Arwen done us proud again and got her second Challenge Certificate, just one more to go! She also managed to pick up two more rosettes in her side classes. Congratulations to Laurel the Sorrel (Nishalka Calandra) who got her first Premier Certificate, and to Champion Abyglen Angie who gained another Grand Champion Certificate today!

Arwen has done it again!! At her first show as an adult she got another 'red card' day, winning 1st prize and 'Best of Breed' Usual Abyssinian Adult, and the all important card. Her first ever Challenge Certificate, thanks to Mr Hansson for awarding her. As if all that wasn't enough, Arwen also went on to win two of the clubs trophies: A silver punch bowl presented by Mrs D. Harley for 'Best Usual Abyssinian, Adult, Kitten or Neuter'. And the Solwayview Heathcliffe trophy presented by R. Murry for 'Usual Abyssinian with the best temperament'. Well done Arwen, you're a star!!

Our little Arwen had a fantastic day at the Scottish Cat Club's show. She did really well for her first ever show outing, winning first prize and 'Best of Breed' Usual Abyssinian kitten. She then went on to win three more first prizes in her side classes!! Arwen was just under 9 months for this show, so here's hoping she continues to do this well as an adult at her next show.
